This is a great book!
It starts out with a prison book club.
You have Harriet, a retired English teacher, who runs the book club. Frank Daigle, a handy man, and Violet, at 22-year-old recently released from the prison.
The three come together by chance at a bookstore in Portland.
As they increase their interactions, the three entangle in a new relationship.
This was a wonderful story of second chances, forgiveness and self-discovery.
Books can change lives in many ways. This is a great story with wit and grace. It is full of wonderfully developed characters that stay with you. I really enjoyed it! 4/5⭐
