These Tangled Threads: A novel of Biltmore by Sarah Loudin Thomas
I loved everything about this book! The history, the characters, and the setting were wonderful!
This book explores the lives of three people living in the shadows of Biltmore House.
Lorna Blankenship, a master weaver at Biltmore Industries, gets a commission for an original design in honor of Cornelia Vanderbilt’s 1924 wedding. She is a skilled weaver but lacks the creativity and skill to design on her own.
Lorna learns of an elusive, talented weaver living in the Blue Ridge Mountains, one she thinks can save her.
This is a tangled web of mending old relationships, finding forgiveness after life altering betrayals.
This story is so well done and it brought back a lot of great memories from living in the area for over a decade. Excellent book! 5/5⭐
