She Will End This by Colleen Coble & Rick Acker
Sometimes when you investigate with DNA you get answers to questions that you didn’t ask. Britt was asking about her future and she got answers about her past.
This was a real page turner for me. I have been a fan of Colleen Coble for more than fifteen years. The paired writing with Rick Acker takes everything to the next level. I have enjoyed everything they have co-authored, but I think this one became an instant favorite.
I loved the multiple POV. The suspenseful push-pull of the plot completely captivated me and moved the story at a great pace.
The romance was believable and sweet with the perfect amount of tension. It fit well into the story and gave it that extra drive for the reader.
I loved the high-tech touches, especially the robo-taxi gone rogue. A scary thought but something I hadn’t considered as a possibility.
The thread of faith carried it all beautifully! Well done! 5/5⭐
