This Book Made Me Think of You by Libby Page

Let me start by saying one word, Phenomenal!

This book made me think of me. No kidding, I connected with Tilly right away and I was hooked. Her favorite books were my favorites! This book is one of the most inspiring that have read this year.

A second chance love story, but not just about people, it’s about books. Reconnecting with the world through books. Reading them, loving them, getting lost in them and finding yourself through them. I loved everything about this book.

Synapsis:

Tilly suffered the greatest loss, after six months, she was gifted a glorious adventure with books. In her journey she finds friends, family, her love for reading, and she finds space in her heart for another story.  A cozy story of recapturing life after loss using books to map out a second chance.  - Amazing

This is an addition to my library. I would re-read this book, whenever I need inspiration to find myself again. We all get lost, lose our way with life’s mishaps, and sometimes we need a great map to find our way – this book Is that map for me. Five stars all day, every single day.

Favorite Quotes:

“I am the person I am because of the books I have read. My reading history is a map that shows the path of my life.”

“When a book sends you to a place you’ve never been or encourages you to do something new or simply to live with a little more empathy or curiosity because of the characters you have met.”

“But it’s okay to feel happy and sad at the same time. Very few moments involve just one emotion. That’s life, isn’t it? It’s messy.”

“…maybe we don’t’ get just one love of our lives. Maybe we all have enough room in our hearts for more than one story.”

“Bookshops aren’t just bookshops. They’re places for book lovers to come together, like-minded souls meeting among the stacks. They’re hubs of the community and the arena for heated conversations about the latest must-read series. They’re safe places to step in out of the rain, no matter who you are.”

5/5⭐
