Carol hates Christmas and she planned a tropical escape in the islands. An unexpected storm lands her in a snowy wonderland.
Having a birthday on December 25th, growing up in a dysfunctional family – both the holiday and her birthday were a let down and she grew to avoid the holiday season.
Her job landed her where she never wanted to be, managing holiday décor for the rich and famous.
Heading to the Bahamas this year, she planned to avoid all things Christmas. God had a different plan.
Her plane is redirected and she ends up in Michigan where she finds an aunt she had never met. There she discovers there is more to Christmas than she ever imagined. She finds herself wrapped up in the Christmas spirit – full of love and surrounded by family.
