All Is Not Forgotten by Wendy Walker
This was a psychological journey with twists and turns.
Imagine a horrific assault and not having any memory to accompany the injuries on your body.
She tries moving on, but her light has been snuffed out and replaced with emptiness. She has a scar that she can’t stop touching and a growing frustration of not being able to reconcile it with a memory.
Her father is obsessed with getting justice. Her mother is in complete denial.
As she works with a psychiatrist to try to recover what was taken, and figure out how to heal, her experience opens up secrets about her attack that expose risks to someone close to her.
This was full of suspense and it was captivating! There is a lot of graphic and triggering parts with the case. The human mind is fascinating.
I loved it! 4/5⭐
