This was a wonderful book!
I never knew that Truman Capote and Harper Lee were friends and neighbors in childhood. Monroeville, AL was the backdrop of their early adventures in writing and play.
This was a fun depiction of what their time together might have been like with adventures in mystery and playing sleuths.
This was an excellent book exploring their lives in the 1930’s with humor and some heartbreaks before they were writers.
This is geared towards 3-5th grades.
I really enjoyed it! 4/5⭐
